Serving students PAN-India, from Chandigarh

Study visa guidance for students across India — not just Chandigarh.

Our office is in Sector 17B, Chandigarh — but our clients aren't. We work with students and families from Punjab to Kerala, Gujarat to Andhra Pradesh, entirely over video call, WhatsApp, and courier. Wherever you're applying from, the same honest process applies.

India's study-abroad demand isn't concentrated in one city — and neither is our service.

Punjab and Chandigarh have the country's highest per-capita rate of students going abroad, but the absolute largest numbers come from states like Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, and Delhi NCR. Kerala, Gujarat, Haryana, and increasingly Uttar Pradesh and Rajasthan are all significant, fast-growing markets. We built our remote consultation process specifically so where you live never determines the quality of guidance you get.

Applying from Punjab, Haryana, Gujarat, UP, Rajasthan or J&K? Here's what's changed.

In 2025, several Australian universities revised their enrolment policies in response to rising visa misuse concerns, applying extra scrutiny to applications from specific Indian states.

What actually happened

A number of Australian universities added extra document verification steps — and in some cases restricted or paused direct applications — for students from certain Indian states, citing a rise in visa applications used for migration purposes rather than genuine study intent.

Punjab Haryana Uttar Pradesh Rajasthan Gujarat Jammu & Kashmir

What this means for you: if you're applying from one of these states, your Genuine Temporary Entrant (GTE) statement, financial documentation, and academic consistency now carry even more weight than before. This isn't a reason to give up on Australia — it's a reason to make sure your file is built properly the first time.

This is exactly the kind of situation our documentation-first approach was built for. We don't cut corners on genuine paperwork, and we won't help you submit a file that misrepresents your intent — which is precisely the standard these universities are now checking for more closely. A well-built, honest application from a "high-scrutiny" state still gets approved regularly. We can also advise on New Zealand, Canada and the UK as parallel or alternative options if that better suits your situation.

You don't need to visit Chandigarh to work with us.

Most of our PAN-India clients never set foot in our office. Here's exactly how the process works if you're applying from outside Chandigarh.

1

Video consultation

We start with a video call to understand your goals and give you an honest assessment — same as an in-person meeting.

2

Digital document collection

Scanned documents and photos are shared securely over WhatsApp or email as we build your file together.

3

Courier for originals

Where physical originals or biometrics are required, we coordinate courier pickup or your nearest VAC/VFS centre.

4

Ongoing WhatsApp updates

You're updated at every stage of your application by phone and WhatsApp, exactly as if you were sitting across the table from us.

Do I need to visit your Chandigarh office in person? +

No. The large majority of our clients work with us entirely remotely — via video call, WhatsApp, and courier for any physical documents. Walk-ins are welcome if you're in the Tricity area, but it's not required.

I'm applying from a state on Australia's high-scrutiny list. Should I still apply? +

Yes — extra scrutiny is not a rejection. It means your GTE statement and documentation need to be built more carefully, which is exactly what we specialise in. We'll also discuss New Zealand, Canada, or the UK as strong alternatives if that suits your profile better.

Which visa application centre do I use if I'm not near Chandigarh? +

We'll direct you to the nearest VFS Global or visa application centre for your destination country based on your city — most major Indian cities have one. We handle scheduling guidance as part of your file preparation.

Do you charge differently for remote clients? +

No. Our fees are the same whether you visit our office in person or work with us entirely online — the quality of guidance and documentation doesn't change based on location.

Wherever you're applying from, the first conversation is free.
